There could be several reasons why 'Push to Device' fails on your device. We advise to try the following remedies one by one and test the push after each change:
- Your device might not be registered to receive push notifications. Disconnect the device by clicking on the insert icon and selecting 'Disconnect this session only'. Then test the push again.
- Push Permissions: You might have not provided push permissions for your app. Verify this by checking the configuration on your device under Settings -> Your app's name -> Notifications.
- Your app version must be assigned with a valid push certificate: Under the 'App Versions' tab, verify that your app version is assigned with either a development or production certificate.
- Invalid Push certificate file: Check the certificate file assigned with your app version. An app published to the store must use an APNS production certificate. Verify that the certificate file has not expired.
