Inserts are initially created in DRAFT status.
When sent for approval (by an author with no publish permissions), it moves to PENDING APPROVAL status.
If the insert requires further editing, an author can return it to DRAFT status.
The publisher can publish the insert and move it to RUNNING or SCHEDULED status.
For a running insert, once its end time is reached, the insert moves to STOPPED status. A user with publish permissions can also stop a running insert and move it manually to STOPPED status.
When an insert is manually stopped, it can be resumed by a marketer with publish permissions and returned to RUNNING status.
A push insert has slightly different statuses of SCHEDULED and SENT.
